Amyloid-specific T-cells differentiate Alzheimer's disease from Lewy body dementia
(a) I made a substantial contribution to the conception and design of the study. In particular I devised the use of intracellular cytokine detection in combination with pPKC staining after stimulation of T-cells with amyloid beta, which was the key element required to confirm the antigen-specificity of these cells. This was achieved by the first author in my lab with my help and under my direct supervision; I made a substantial contribution to the organisation of the conduct of the study with regards to local Alzheimer's patients; I made a direct contribution to study data acquisition, analysis, and interpretation.
(b) I was involved in drafting and refining the output, both text and figures, and reviewed/revised it on several occasions prior to publication.
