Double-weighted statement

This 1004 page book accommodates a multiplicity of complex changes introduced by the Mental Health Act 2007 in the light of a very wide range of sources developed since the Mental Health Act 1983, necessitating involvement of 5 contributors nationally and internationally. It explores regulation of care and treatment in hospital and community, and challenges in mental health in areas from confidentiality and privacy to causation and limitation. As an editor and contributor of ten chapters (the largest contributor to the book), Fennell spent three and a half years planning, co-ordinating and publishing the book.
