Led to further funding in the area of photonic integration (EU, IPHOBAC-NG, £3.1M Renaud PI, EPSRC-Cambridge CSIC, miniaturised BOTDR sensor, Renaud PI, £370k, EPSRC EP/J017671/1, £6.6 million).
