Additional information

In structural health monitoring systems, discrimination between benign environmental effects and malignant structural changes has been subject of much international research over previous decade. Paper presents robust physics-based approach to mitigate environmental effects and experimentally confirms its performance using data provided by international co-authors Moll (University of Siegen, Germany) and Michaels (Georgia Institute of Technology, USA). Work led to subsequent EngD project with Airbus.
