Stable indirect adaptive control based on discrete-time T–S fuzzy model
This paper presents a new general indirect adaptive fuzzy control scheme for uncertain nonlinear asymptotically stable multi-input multi-output dynamic systems. The new controller is based on a discrete-time Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy input-output model to approximate the unknown system dynamics. Entirely based on this model, a novel state feedback linearization control law is designed. The premise and consequent parameters of the model are updated on-line by recursive least square estimation method using system output measurements. Very comprehensive stability analysis shows when the model structure is accurate the new adaptive controller achieves the bounded tracking error and boundedness of all the closed-loop signals.
