<12>A new constraint for symmetry breaking in graph problems is presented with proof of correctness, empirical evidence and new results in extremal graph theory. The new results have been added to the on-line Encyclopaedia of Integer Sequences. IJCAI is the premiere AI conference and this is a significant piece of work for the constraint programming community.
