Additional information

First published work verifying antenna radiation efficiency performance measurement techniques for wearable antennas on a human tissue phantom and live subjects. This paper has wide applicability to those interested in repeatable measurement test-beds in wearable communications. The work is a result of major collaboration with European Antennas Ltd, Taconic Ltd, Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden and Bluetest AB. The test-bed performance verification results are used by National Physics Laboratory of London for the standardisation of wearable antenna measurements funded by National Measurement Office, Project #113644. Published results are currently in use by Toumaz Healthcare Ltd, under EPSRC KTS 2013.
