Additional information

This paper reports on the results of systematic experimental observation of distributed passive intermodulation (PIM) in printed transmission line fabricated on commercial microwave laminates. The effects of the track length/width and substrate material are demonstrated and a consistent phenomenology is presented. The study laid foundation for our expertise in high-performance microwave laminates and circuits. This work was noticed by industry and resulted in a series of collaborative activities withTaconic Advanced Dielectrics ( contact person V.P. Global sales).
