Additional information

<05> This paper proposes a novel quality of service aware routing protocol to dynamically select optimal routing paths in wireless mesh networks (WMNs) and achieve high fairness in sharing network resources. One of the innovative features of the new protocol is its ability to operate efficiently in heavily loaded large scale multi-hop WMNs. The proposed protocol is implemented and extensively simulated and it has contributed to underpin new on-going academic and industrial PhD research projects and technical discussions with leading companies such as Hitachi and Hawaii Wireless.
