Additional information

This paper underpins the bio-manufacturing development requirements of a large international DARPA funded blood pharming consortium. It defined a plausible optimisation route to solve previously intractable problems in blood manufacture. The novelty subsequently provided the platform for the award of a personal EPSRC Early Career Fellowship, with international industrial and clinical partners, using the same cell lineages and systems to develop further bio-manufacture solutions.
