Additional information

The discriminative versions of the very widely used linear transform technique for adaptation of speech recognition (also developed in Cambridge) was a key element in the invited keynote talk given by Phil Woodland at EUSIPCO 2008: 16th European Signal Processing Conference In Lausanne, Switzerland entitled "Discriminative Training and Adaptation of Speech Recognition Systems". (see www.eurasip.org/Proceedings/Eusipco/Eusipco2008/program.html). The paper was also included as an important reference in the REF2014 Impact Case Study on Adaptation Techniques for Speech Recognition.
