Additional information

<08>The paper reports work with colleagues from China and Australia, part of which was applied in an EU FP6 project (OPUCE). The paper proposes a framework and associated techniques to generate the process model of a service composition from a set of temporal business rules. The novelty lies in the fact that with the domain knowledge encoded in the temporal business rules an executable service composition program (BPEL program) can be further generated from the process models. First phase of this investigation was presented at the International Workshop on Architectures, Concepts and Technologies for Service Oriented Computing (Barcelona, Spain, 2007).
