Borsay is one of the two editors of this volume. He, with the other editor, set the agenda of the volume (with its new apaproach to resort development), organized the conference session out of which it partly arose, recruited the contributors, interacted with the publisher, commented on and edited the essays (several of which were from non-English speaking contributors), and wrote the substantial introduction (c. 7000 words). Borsay personally wrote chapter 6 on Tenby, and co-ordinated the illustrative aspects of the volume.
