Additional information

The reported approach for non-intrusive implicit image annotation using patterns extracted from the user's gaze when browsing image databases, is the first work of this kind to be found in the literature. Key to secure €1.8M funding from the EU: Projects 'Reverie' (2011) and 'PetaMedia' (2008) with Alcatel-Lucent, Philips, TUBerlin, EPFL/Switzerland and TUDelf, (Prof. Inald Lagendijk: R.L.Lagendijk@TUDelft.nl). Work also led to invited talk at the PetaMedia Industry Workshop, Saint Malo France 2009 (http://videolectures.net/ebroul_izquierdo/).
