Additional information

The paper presents fundamental studies on Anderson localisations in periodic and disordered structures fabricated on integrated semiconductor devices. This work is at the core of modern condensed-matter physics and it is of great relevance for manipulating and processing optical signals in very compact devices. The paper has attracted over 300 citations in the last 4 years and strengthened the successful research collaboration with CREOL (Florida), the University of Toronto (Canada) and the Weizmann Institute (Israel) on non-linear integrated optoelectronics.
