Additional information

This volume was the product of a conference organised by Lustig and Peacock at Keele in October 2009. Lustig was the sole author of his own 5,900-word chapter. He also wrote pp. 1-5 of the Introduction (2,300 words) and 50% (i.e. 1,200 words) of the Glossary (pp. 195-200). Lustig edited just over half of the chapters in the collection. He worked particularly closely with one contributor, reducing a 15,000 word submission to 8,500 words. He also edited one of the two additional bibliographies.
