Investigation of a MBR membrane fouling model based on time series analysis system identification methods

This paper was presented as an oral platform presentation at the 3rd Oxford Water and Membranes Research Event held in September 12–14, 2010 at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford, and by which route it was accepted for publication. This conference is a bi-annual event organised by the University of Oxford. The research work described was funded under a Technology Strategy Board Project No. TP/3/DSM/6/I/15123 entitled “Improving the design and efficiency of membrane bioreactor plant by modelling, simulation and laboratory analysis methods”. Private sector partners in this TSB project included Aquabio Ltd, ITT Sanitaire Ltd and Northern Ireland Water.
