The author made a substantial contribution to: (1) the conception of the study, which was supervised closely by the Tracker managers, of which he was a senior member; (2) carrying out the study, contributing to data taking. Many PhD students and postdoctoral RAs under the author's supervision contributed to the acquisition and quality control of data used in the study; (3) analysis and interpretation of data, where numerous, subtle features of the detector had to be fully understood in lengthy discussions.
