Printed and digital scholary edition of works by the poets listed, with full critical apparatus including biographies, introduction, editorial methodology, complete variants, prose word order, English translation, notes, bibliography and indices.
The volume as a whole is a collaborative scholarly edition, under the general editorship of Whaley, in which a variety of contributing editors were each responsible for a poet or selection of poets. Jesch edited the complete work of Jórunn and approximately half of the output of Sigvatr, the most prolific poet in the volume. Her editions are not continuously paginated because of the way the volume is organised. She wrote the biography of both poets and in both cases the editions comprise an introduction, text, translation, textual apparatus and extensive notes.
