Tallack devised and co-edited (with Will Straw at 50% split of duties) the e-book from which this chapter is taken. Unfortunately the impossibility of knowing in advance which assessors might require access meant we could not set up access permissions (either via the publisher’s website or the institutional libraries of panel members) to the entire e-book. A printed copy of Tallack’s chapter has therefore been submitted, although this cannot show the more innovative features like textual hyperlinks and embedded videos. Included in the PDF is Tallack’s co-authored introduction, should the reader wish to understand the larger project.
