The heat-driven reversal phenomenon was predicted using a York computational model developed by Chantrell. Given the unexpected prediction Chantrell had the results verified with an independent model (ICMMM, Madrid). Chantrell then proposed the experimental verification to partners within the Ultramagnetron and Fantomas EU projects who undertook the experiments.
