Industrial co-authors (DMD Ltd, SME; E6 Ltd). Identification of multiple conduction paths within δ-doped diamond nanostructures, enabling growers to improve their material. Led to industrial funding (£100k) for evaluation of δ-doped diamond structures for commercial development of high-frequency, high-power diamond transistors. Results contributed to technology portfolio that led to DMD obtaining a £1.3M equity investment from a consortium consisting of Oxford Technology Management, YFM and the ERA Foundation. Included Jackman making a presentation to the DMD Ltd board and associated investors (05/12). Results led to EPSRC award (EP/H020055/1, £552,730, PI: Jackman) in δ-doped structures for high performance diamond electronics.
