This paper describes a new way to measure strain and chemical composition of individual quantum dots using NMR. It is a collaboration between Sheffield, St. Petersburg, Hitachi (Dr. Aleksey Andreev, aa476@cam.ac.uk) and Warwick. I contributed the TEM study which provided the key validation of the new methods presented in the paper.
