Additional information

The impression creep test is a novel miniature testing technique. This paper presents the development of conversion relationships which have been widely used by industrial organizations, e.g. RWEnpower (UK), Serco (UK), EPRI (USA), VTT (Finland). The technique has been used in power plant remaining life management programmes and has played a key role in several completed and new EPSRC projects (Flexible and Efficient Power Plant, EP/K021095/1, 2013-2017) (Contact: Dr Jeff Hulance: JEFF.HULANCE@RWEnpower.com).
