Additional information

This paper extended research from 2010 [Joyce3] to consider the performance of metal-on-metal hip resurfacings through a two country, three centre study, which generated the largest data set (outwith a national register) reported. The study confirmed that the mechanism of failure observed previously in one centre was consistent across all three centres.
