Error probability of digital communications using relay diversity over Nakagami-m fading channel
Significance of output:
This paper goes far beyond the conventional, because a widely-applicable new analytical approach is conceived for the performance study of wireless relay-aided links in generalized Nakagami-channels, instead of simply deriving analytical performance expressions for a specific systrem. This breakthrough-approach led to the conception of Yang's new book entitled Multicarrier Communications, which was also translated to Chinese. Highly-acclaimed Profs, such as Beaulieu (Canada), Aissa (Canada) and QT Zhang (HK) have been influenced by the paper. The work has led to a range of further publications and PhD-theses in their research groups.
