Significance of output:

This paper exploits the availability of high quality and relatively cheap signal processing chips and attendant software developments to combine control theory and experimental benchmarking for spatio-temporal systems. It reports the first ever experimental verification of iterative learning control system designed using multidimensional systems theory. The paper contains novel systems theory where the resulting algorithms are experimentally verified on an in house designed gantry robot system.
