Additional information

This publication is the outcome of the EU funded NEMISREF project, which involved working with Greek consultants Stamatopoulos and Associates (ID_in_audit_file@saa-geotech.gr), who applied the results to a field case of an Aegion hill slope in Greece and explained how anchors and piles can best be used in the mitigation of seismic motion near the edge of cliff-type topographies (Bulletin of Earthquake Engineering, Vol. 7 (1), pp. 221-253).
