Sex Trafficking is a 125,000 word length book which deals with complex normative and doctrinal issues. While existing claims of victims of trafficking have been limited to claims against traffickers, this book examines four causes of action: claims against traffickers, claims against the state for restitution of what was confiscated from traffickers as profits of crime, claims against clients for direct contact with the victim, and claims against clients for contribution to trafficking by posing indiscriminate demand in the market.
