Additional information

<20> Wright was co-author of the seminal and highly cited 1993 paper on computational steering ‘GRASPARC - A Problem Solving Environment Integrating Computation and Visualization’ and latterly principal investigator of the EPSRC CompuSteer network. Drawing on discussions at the CompuSteer workshop held under the auspices of the Open Grid Forum in 2007, this paper places the key concepts of the steering pipeline in a Grid context and presents a model that unifies parameter space search and steering. Illustrative case studies by CompuSteer members are presented.
