<21>Presented at the leading IEEE conference in the area (<25% acceptance) this is one of the first papers to address and evaluate an approach to the open problem of inferring relational data (actors/ties) from non-relational data. It demonstrates and evaluates our previously introduced assembly pipeline called SNAP for actor identification, tie inference and strength measurement of social networks. A network of 21,674 nodes and 635,082 edges, collected over 18 months, is sampled to evaluate the inference approach on multiple participants. The paper innovates through assembling the social network pipeline from non-relational data.
