Additional information

The study presented in this paper shows mobility lifetime product images and charge carrier drift time images of detector grade CdZnTe material for both charge carrier types. In particular, it revealed spatially uniform charge transport properties for electrons, whereas structures with dimensions in the order of several tens to hundred of micrometers have been resolved to affect only hole transport. To our knowledge, this direct contrast of the two carrier types’ transport property uniformities has been shown clearly within the same sample for the first time in this study.
