Double-weighted statement

We are seeking to have this output double weighted on the basis that it is a substantial piece of work, some 90,000 words in length, that took the author a number of years to write. Its scope is very wide mapping out and analysing a range of connected yet discreet policy areas relative to the field including global lawyers' historical engagement with mediation, lawyer resistance to mediation, lawyer adoption and co-option of the process as well as issues engendered by the interaction of mediation and formal civil justice.
