The work appears to be the first published work on the development of a multi-level modelling technique applied to a Network Enabled Capability environment. The work was undertaken as part of the EPSRC/BAE Systems co-sponsored NECTISE programme, and models delivered were ultimately delivered into BAE Systems through the project. The work contributed to the invitation to participate and subsequent award of Early's EU FP7 Collaboration Grant (ACP1-GA-2011-28474 2011-2014).
