The work has attracted subsequent industrial funding (~£500,000) which has been obtained from three multinational companies - Procter & Gamble, Danone and Sidel (part of the Tetra Pak group). The technique applied here has been the platform for developing a fully validated simulation for Procter & Gamble who are now using it to achieve savings of $3m/year on their products.
