Additional information

<04> This paper has demonstrated the possibility to efficiently mitigate the impact of interference in wireless mesh networks by designing a new interference-aware routing metric. At the opposite of existing metrics, our approach has proven to be more resource-effective and fairer. This work has been implemented in Nortel Networks equipment in Canada as well as in Orange equipment in France. They have proven to improve their existing networks significantly. The results of this work have been published in a widely recognized journal in the area of wireless networks.
