This work has led to industrial collaboration with Schlumberger research, Cambridge, (contact available on request). The approach uses a combination of in-situ imaging with microfabricated reactors for the analysis of electrochemical systems. The concepts have been developed further in collaboration with Schlumberger to explore the application of downwell microfluidic devices for the sensing of gases.
