Additional information

Rigour: The research design was triangulated and consisted of semi-structured interviews, observations, documentary analysis and online surveys. In addition, respondent validation was employed which consisted of sending a summary of the findings to the participants and requesting feedback; the accuracy of the findings were confirmed. Data analysis adopted a grounded theory approach consisting of open coding, then axial coding before selective coding took place.
