Additional information

<28>PSP is a novel computational method for analysing large volume proteomics data from small numbers of (cancer) patients, utilising information lost using traditional filtering/threshold methods. Selected for 'Research Highlights' stream at ISMB 2012. PhD student WW Goh is a Winner (one of 12) Singapore Global Young Scientist Summit Competition 2012 for this and related work on complementary methods (in J. Proteome Res and elsewhere). We recently published Enhancements of the PSP method in BMC Genomics 14, 2013 (http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2164/14/35).
