Additional information

This paper came out of a collaboration within the EU FP7 ADAMANTIUM project (€2.6M, contract no.: 214751). A comprehensive and systematic study of video quality over Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) networks was carried out. Novel Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System and non-linear regression models were developed to predict video quality non-intrusively for video over UMTS networks. This work formed the basis of video quality prediction for video over 4G LTE networks in emergency applications for the EU FP7 GERYON project (€2.5M, contract no.:284863).
