This paper presents a radical electrical resistance tomography system to image multiphase subjects that have a wide range of electrical conductivity. A follow-on project (EP/H023054/1, £463k) was awarded. The technologies associated with this system were patented (US 20120098549 A1: awarded) and assigned to Industrial Tomography Systems plc, (www.itoms.com, Ken Primrose, email available) with a commercial product now available (ITS V5R).
