Additional information

This paper covers the application of multi-objective optimization to design of micromixers in order to improve mixing and reduce pressure loss. The paper represents the first systematic attempt to optimize the geometry of micromixers for both mixing and pressure drop by using a multi-objective automatic optimization strategy. The paper outlines a methodology that can also be applied to other microfluidic devices.
