Additional information

A methodology is described for measuring cell adhesion strengths on Plasma Electrolytic Oxide (PEO) coatings, intended for prosthetic implants, by employing centrifugal acceleration. The results presented in this paper are being used by Keronite plc, which markets these coatings, to optimise the coating composition in order to improve biocompatibility (Dr. Steve Hutchins, ID_in_audit_file@keronite.com).
