As co-editor of this volume, Marko Pajevic was responsible for the conception of the book, for selecting the chapters and working with authors in order to ensure that each chapter contributed to the overall design of the project. Individual chapters were substantially revised in the light of editorial input. He also co-wrote the introduction (18 pages) and contributed a chapter (19 Pages) to the volume.
