Additional information

This paper discusses the research processes involved in the development of multimedia touch-screen systems designed to support people living with dementia. The systems have been developed through a human-centred approach to design, involving a multi-disciplinary team, extensive prototype clinical testing and substantial input from the broadest spectrum of stakeholders, including people with dementia; carers and care institutions; Alzheimer’s Society and various civic bodies.
