Additional information

Geopolymer cement has emerged as an important environmentally friendly potential alternative for concrete production. This paper is the first in developing a new type of inorganic polymer cement based on Iranian natural pozzolans and reports on their activation and factors for achieving optimum strength. Dr Davidovits, who first introduced Geopolymer cement, invited the authors to present the work described at a forthcoming Geopolymer Institute event.
