Additional information

This book was an early output of the AHRC-funded 'Bombing, States and Peoples in Western Europe, 1940-1945' project. It resulted from a close collaboration between Andrew Knapp and Lindsey Dodd, the Ph.D. student who worked on the project with him at Reading. Knapp's contribution was about 70% - roughly, pp.469 to 486.
