Additional information

<22> Published in one of the top journals in Computer Science (Cybernetics), the paper introduces a novel paradigm for solving systems of equations by transforming them into an optimisation problem. By providing an approximate solution instead of an exact one, the work can scale to much larger systems of equations. The paper is the first to look at a system of equations from this angle, receiving the 31st highest number of citations among 585 papers (top 6%) published in IEEE SMC Part A since 2008 and being referenced in numerous publications in computer science, physics and mathematics.
