PASLINK and dynamic outdoor testing of building components
The paper is part of a special issue which focusses on developments made in a series of research projects funded by the Commission of the European Community over a 20 years period, which have included a significant element of outdoor testing of building components to determine their thermal performance. The final project (PASLINK) led to the formation of the DYNASTEE network, which constitutes a sustainable informal networking mechanism intended for those who are involved in research and applications for the assessment of energy performance of buildings in relation to the Energy Performance for Buildings Directive (EPBD). http://www.just-pm.eu/dynastee/publications/papers/
