I am the first author of this chapter. It describes research carried out by a team (myself and the three co-authors) with Cynthia Carter as the Principal Investigator, for a Knowledge Exchange project, funded by the AHRC and the BBC. Each member of the team took primary, lead responsibility for different publications: this is mine. I wrote the article, assembled data and tables, incorporated the amendments made by co-authors, and, in conjunction with the PI, produced the final draft for publication.
